Your qualification

• Professional children footwear designer
• Minimum 5 years of experience of designing children shoes
• Experience working in a team through the design process
• You are inspiring, creative and innovative
• You have a convincing track record of designing products
• You can drive collections into excellent business results
• Excellent understanding of footwear materials
• Strong knowledge of construction and production processes
• Experience with 3D design software preferred
• Ability to travel quite often
• Good communication skills
• Positive thinking
• You are fluent in English, Italian would be a plus
